bio poly bags are one of the latest innovations in recycling. They are made from a blend of oil and plastic materials that can be recycled multiple times without breaking down. bio poly bags are a great option for consumers who want to recycle their plastic bags but don’t want to deal with the smell or mess associated with typical recycling methods. bio poly bags are also a good option for businesses that need durable, high-quality packaging but don’t have the resources or space to produce their own bags. Thanks to their multiple uses and eco-friendly design, bio poly bags are becoming more and more popular every day.
Bio poly bags, also known as biodegradable bags, are made from a blend of organic and inorganic, bio degradable products materials that help break down in the environment. This type of bag is often used to pack food or items that must go through a heavy processing step before they can be consumed.
Bio-based polyethylene bags are made from a renewable resource, corn. They have many benefits compared to traditional plastic bags:
bio-poly sacks and poly paper roll are made from sustainable and biodegradable materials
They are recyclable and compostable
They do not produce greenhouse gases
Unlike plastic bags which can take up to 500 years to break down, bio-poly sacks decompose in just 18 months in a compost pile
Bio-poly sacks are more durable than traditional plastic bags and do not rip or tear easily. They also have a longer life span when stored under extreme conditions, such as in the sun or during rainstorms.
There are many different ways to make bio poly bags just like poly coated paper rolls. The most common way is to use a Sewing Machine and a Zipper.
1) Cut the Fabric- You will need two pieces of fabric about 52 inches wide each. One should be 18 inches wide and the other should be 36 inches wide.
2) Make the Pockets- Take one of the 36 inch wide fabrics and fold it in half horizontally, so that you have a 16 inch by 16 inch rectangle. Now take your 18 inch wide fabric and sew it along one long edge of the pocket, leaving a 1/4 inch opening at both ends. Repeat on the other side.
3) Make the Bags- Sew one of the pockets onto each end of one of your 52 inch wide fabrics, making sure that they line up exactly. Trim off any excess fabric.
4) Sew around both edges of the bag, except for an opening at one end where you will insert your zipper.
5) Insert your zipper into the opening and begin zipping it up from bottom to top. Once you reach the top, stop zipping and leave enough room so that you can turn your bag right side out (you may want to just tie a knot in the beginning if you don't have enough room).
We are a national certified manufacturing facility that integrates raw material (PLA particles) as well as research and development, as well as the manufacture of PLA-coated and blowing film bags.
There are granulation and coating workshops, as in blow-film workshops. This has allowed us to offer massive production and assistance.
Our products are compliant with EN13432 and ASTM D6400 requirements.
PLA coated paper is used extensively for packaging food items and pharmaceutical products, as well as agricultural and electrical appliances. PLA blowing bags can be transformed into shopping bags and handbags electronic totes, bags, clothing packaging and many other applications.
